Financial Intelligence for Corporate Associates (FICA) helps those organizations that have a need to enhance financial understanding within their team(s). This need may have arisen for a number of reasons.

The business may have:

entered a new market place with new jargon
expanded operations and the new team need to be up to speed quickly
formed new management where a common understanding is required
identified a need to enhance the business acumen of Associates

Financial Intelligence for Hospitality Associates (FIHA) offers the same unique benefits of the FICA program above but it is designed specifically for Associates within the hospitality industry.

Ultima Profit™ delivers significant and sustainable profit improvement by involving the key team players to help look at the business inside out, upside down and with a fresh pair of eyes. The very experienced facilitators act as a catalyst for discussion and help with the decision making and financial quantification of each and every committed action that flows from the 7 day activity. Originally a hotel based model, it has been successfully translated to help other leisure based companies.

Organizations that will best benefit from this proven process are those that are operating in a very competitive environment; a long established business that wish to look at different ways of doing things to drive profit improvements; businesses that may in the past have not been as 'inclusive' as they perhaps now wished they were on other 'change-management' programs (and subsequently suffered the consequences); new business owners taking over an existing business 'stuck in its ways' and any organization that just wants to take a 'fresh look' at what they do, why they do it and see if there is a better way of doing it.

Ultima Profit™ can also be adapted for use in the 'not for profit' sector or any administrative or support function who has a primary goal to maximize the effective use of resources in a sustainable manner.

Financial Intelligence for Hospitality Associates (FIHA) is only available on a full day basis.

Ultima Profit™ is quite a commitment for an organization and should not be taken on lightly. It requires 7 days of initial commitment from the company's key people and if managed and implemented correctly, the financial benefits will be very significant and sustainable for the months and years ahead.

Due to the commitment involved from both parties, we only offer this program a limited amount of times during the year.

Financial Intelligence for Corporate Associates (FICA) and the program for Hospitality Associates (FIHA) are delivered either 'in-house' on the clients own premises or if required, 'off-site' at a suitable local venue. The programs are always tailored to the specific audience to ensure the client's needs are exceeded.

The facilitators are able to tailor the full day program to the exact financial intelligence needs of the organization. Modern methods of facilitation are employed to ensure that the learning is fun, innovative, and thought-provoking and remains with each and every participant for immediate and future use in the workplace.

Ultima Profit™ is a 7 day program - a fair investment of time that is necessary, to best maximize the benefits that can flow from this process.

Firstly, the two facilitators invest time with the client's business leader(s) to clearly understand project expectations and to prepare sufficient analysis of past and present performance.

5 days of 'on-site' work then takes place where the facilitators work alongside the Ultima Profit Team™ - who are 5-6 key departmental leaders from within the client's business who work alongside the facilitators. That week, through a series of workshops, analysis, discussions and decision making sessions the collective team arrive at a clear action plan - which is presented back to the client's business leader(s). The team is left with a clear implementation plan identifying what's been agreed; when it will be done and what the financial benefits will be from each action.

12 weeks later, the facilitators return to the client's business for 1 day to help assess implementation and measure the financial benefits that are flowing into the business. This is all done in conjunction with the client's Ultima Profit Team™
